Community Outreach & Food Pantry

No one in Regina should go hungry. You won't go through the door alone.

Agapelife Church Global runs a free weekly food pantry and family support program — open to anyone in the community, no referral, no judgment, no questions about faith or background.

How the food pantry works

We've kept it simple on purpose. Most families are in and out within 20 minutes.

1

Show up Saturday

Doors open at 10am. Walk in anytime before 1pm — no sign-up needed in advance.

2

Tell us household size

A volunteer will ask how many people you're shopping for, just to pack the right amount.

3

Choose your groceries

Pick from produce, pantry staples, and household items — you choose what your family needs.

4

Head home

That's it. Come back any Saturday — there's no limit on how many times you can visit.

What the outreach program covers

Food is where most families start, but the program extends further.

FOOD

Weekly Pantry

Fresh and shelf-stable groceries every Saturday, restocked through local donors and a city food bank partnership.

SUPPORT

Family Counseling

Confidential, no-cost conversations for families navigating hardship, grief, or crisis — by appointment, any day of the week.

SEASONAL

Holiday Drives

Back-to-school supplies in September and winter coat & hamper drives in December, open to any family in need.

Who this is for

Our outreach exists for the whole community — not only church members.

01

Families & individuals

Anyone facing a tight month, a job loss, or rising grocery costs. There's no income form to fill out.

02

Seniors on fixed income

Many of our regular visitors are seniors stretching a pension. We keep heavier items pre-bagged for easy carrying.

03

Newcomers to Regina

New to the city or the country? Volunteers can also point you toward other local resources and settlement services.

We started with twelve grocery bags on a folding table. Three years later we're feeding close to ninety households a week — and every single one of them is a neighbor, not a statistic. Pastor, Agapelife Church Global

Volunteer or give a donation

The pantry runs entirely on volunteer hours and community generosity. Two ways to help this week:

VOLUNTEER

Saturday Mornings

Pack bags, greet families, or help with setup and teardown. No experience needed — training takes five minutes.

DONATE GOODS

Non-Perishables

Canned goods, rice, pasta, diapers, and toiletries can be dropped off at the church Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm.

DONATE FUNDS

Stretch the Budget

Every dollar buys roughly three dollars of groceries through our food bank partnership's bulk pricing.
